Welcome to Engineering Research Center of Architectural Coatings，Ministry of Construction, P.R.C. (for short ERCAC).

ERCAC is a non-profit institution, declared of public utility by M/C, linked to the Ministry of Construction by Law, with administrative and financial autonomy. ERCAC is a Chinese institution for architectural coatings studies, industrial applications research and scientific testing and analysis.

ERCAC is also one of the Chinese architectural coatings trade associations. It is an association of paint and coatings research institute and its industry-related associate members include manufacturers, distributors, architects, consultants, engineers, government agencies and international members worldwide.

ERCAC will continually strive to help coatings and paints professionals achieve competitive advantage, and the association’s role continues to be that of a facilitator developing and implementing ways to improve member performance.
