Assist Ministry of Construction and other ministries to constitute development strategy programming of architecture coatings industry so as to guide enterprise development.
Cooperating with other associations and correlative top enterprises, constitute national standard and architecture coatings industry production standard.
Research advance architecture coating construction techniques and put them into practice, constitute construction criterion suit to the national situation so as to improve our technique level and application efficiency.

Industrialization
One of the center’s important aims is to accelerate the industrialization of research results, to make market value and shorten the gap between developed countries and us in technique and quality of coating and materials.
Moreover, set up multi work flat in order to achieve harmonious cooperation among material provider, coating producer, coating seller，building design dept, land agent, coating builder.

R&D
Develop environment friendly and low-VOC and other high-performance special architecture coatings and relative products, based on 4E.
Develop advanced architecture coating construction techniques and put them into practice.

Qualification Authentication
To standardize and guide the development of architecture coating industry, we will provide all-round training, such as basic and practical knowledge of building coating, test equipment, coating & finishing technology and standardization. They would be awarded qualification certificate if pass training courses.
